The nature of fully custom travel design does not lend itself to standardized pricing, as every journey reflects a different scope, destination, and level of personal attention. What we can share is that our clients typically make investments ranging from $10,000 to well over $150,000 per journey, and our engagement reflects the depth of coordination, access, and concierge support involved. We welcome inquiries from prospective clients and offer complimentary consultations to determine whether there is a mutual fit. We are selective about who we take on, not out of exclusivity for its own sake, but because maintaining a protected portfolio of clients is the only way to deliver the level of concierge design, support, and end-to-end trip management our established clients have come to expect. Yes. For established travel clients who wish to extend our advisory approach beyond individual trips, we offer The Bespoke Circle, an elevated membership retainer that allows us to plan travel and lifestyle experiences up to a year in advance. Members receive priority booking windows, preferred access at our global partner properties, and discreet coordination of experiences that go beyond traditional travel, including private dining at landmark venues, invitation-only cultural events, VIP hospitality at premier sporting and entertainment events, and curated experiences that are simply not available through any public booking channel. The Bespoke Circle is available exclusively to existing travel clients and discussed on a case-by-case basis.

Our advisory support and concierge level of service does not end at departure. From the moment you leave home until the moment you return, our domestic team and our partners abroad are readily available and actively monitoring your journey. If a flight is delayed, a reservation needs adjusting, or an unexpected opportunity arises, we coordinate and resolve in real time. Our clients never find themselves stranded, scrambling, or managing logistics. We are with you every step of the way. 

Yes. For clients who prefer to travel by private jet or charter, we coordinate private aviation as part of your overall itinerary. This includes sourcing aircraft, managing ground transfers between tarmac and property, and ensuring your flight schedule aligns seamlessly with every other element of your journey. Private aviation is available for both domestic and international travel.

We are experienced in managing itinerary changes, cancellations, and pivots, often within hours. Whether it is a weather disruption, a personal matter, or simply a change of heart about a destination, our team works directly with our hotel partners, airlines, and ground operators to restructure your plans with minimal disruption. Flexibility is built into how we design every journey.
