an encrypted payment link to process a debit or credit card (with an additional
3.5% processing fee).

Step 2: Reconfirm your trip details
Once we receive your travel inquiry form, we will contact you to reconfirm your trip details.

Step 3: Non-Refundable Deposit
Before being assigned a dedicated travel advisor, you will need to sign our travel
service agreement and pay any applicable fees for custom travel planning and trip management. 

Step 4: Planning
Upon receipt of payment and the signed service agreement, we will connect you
with a dedicated advisor who will perform research for your trip and create a custom itinerary on your behalf and manage your trip from end to end. 

Step 5: Booking
After your advisor has finalized the itinerary and got your approval of the trip details, they will book your trip on your behalf
and send you copies of confirmation documents for your records. 

Credit card
authorization forms shared with clients are fully encrypted.

Step 6: Staying in Touch
You have a committed team by your side every step of the way. From check-in to
check-out, you will have direct access to the Bespoke Bookings team throughout your journey for us to
support you with anything you may need assistance with remotely while on vacation.

Before you take off, you’ll feel prepared with your final travel itinerary, destination
information, and local contacts.

We will reconfirm your arrangements in advance with our preferred partners ahead of your arrival.

Trips like safaris, weddings, honeymoons, corporate and group travel, birthday trips,
and cruises can be booked more than a year in advance. Most luxury leisure trips
can be booked between 4-12 months in advance.

retainer package is the perfect option for you. It offers the flexibility of
planning multiple trips at a retainer rate, giving you access to our dedicated trip

however connect you with insurance providers and they will provide quotes of coverage that align to your travel needs and budget. The Insurance provider will share that information with you directly.
