Hotels near the venue for a Super Bowl, the Kentucky Derby or the Monaco Grand Prix are often gone months ahead, and many require minimum stays. Hospitality packages for the biggest events go early too. Once the date is announced, the sooner we start, the more options you have.

Can you get tickets to sold-out events?
Often, yes, through official hospitality packages or verified resale. Prices for the biggest events are set by the market, so we show you real options and real costs before you commit. For a few events with very limited access, we will tell you plainly what is and is not possible.
How is a sports trip priced?
Tickets, hotels and flights are quoted at their actual prices, and the trip planning itself is quoted to your event, your group and the services you need. You see everything before you book.
How far ahead should we book?
As early as you can. For a Super Bowl, the Kentucky Derby, Monaco or a World Cup match, hotels near the venue go first, and some require minimum stays.
Can you plan for a group or for clients?
Yes. We plan for friend groups, families and corporate hospitality, from a handful of guests to a full group with a suite or hospitality package.
What if the event is postponed or rained out?
It depends on the event rules and your ticket terms. We explain them before you buy and help you choose travel insurance that protects as much of the trip as possible.
Can you plan the rest of the trip too?
Yes. Many clients add a few days before or after the event for sightseeing, a second city or time to relax. We plan it all as one trip.
