How do you coordinate hotel room blocks for large desi wedding groups?
We negotiate directly with hotels and resorts on behalf of the bride and groom to secure room blocks at preferred group rates across all room categories. Once the block is confirmed, guests can book their rooms individually within the block using their own payment. We manage the block timeline, release dates, and rooming coordination throughout the planning process so the family is never managing logistics themselves.
Can you coordinate transportation between all desi wedding events?
Yes. We coordinate ground transportation for every wedding event including pre-wedding events such as the Sangeet, Haldi, Mayian, Choora, Kaleere, and Tilak ceremonies, the main wedding day ceremony, and the reception. Private transfers, luxury coaches, and shuttle coordination between the hotel and all onsite and offsite venues are all arranged in advance so guests are never left to figure out transportation on their own.

The fee is discussed transparently during your initial consultation before any work begins. Desi wedding group travel budgets among our clients typically range from $50,000 to 1 million plus dollars depending on guest count, destination, accommodation selection, and the full scope of events and experiences included. Can guests with different budgets all be accommodated within the same wedding room block?
Yes. When we negotiate hotel room blocks we secure rates across multiple room categories so guests at every budget level within the group can participate. Standard rooms, deluxe rooms, suites, and premium accommodations can all be part of the same block. Each guest books and pays for their own room directly once the block is open, so there is no single point of financial coordination required from the bride and groom or their family.
What is the role of Bespoke Bookings Co. in a desi wedding?
We are your dedicated travel coordinator, who works in partnership with your wedding planner. Our scope covers everything travel related — hotel room block negotiation, flight research for guests departing from multiple cities, ground transportation between every wedding event, airport transfers, and 24/7 concierge support for every guest from arrival through departure. Wedding decor, florals, color palettes, catering, and ceremony design fall outside our scope and are handled by your dedicated wedding planner. If you already have a wedding planner hired, we work directly alongside them so the logistics of getting your guests there and moving them between every event are completely handled on our end. If you do not yet have a wedding planner, we are happy to point you in the right direction. What we can promise is that every guest will be where they need to be, on time, comfortably, and without the bride, groom, or their family having to manage a single transportation or accommodation detail on one of the most important days of their lives.
What destinations do you recommend for a South Asian destination wedding?
The most popular destinations among our desi wedding clients are Mexico including Cancun, Riviera Maya, and Cabo San Lucas, the Caribbean including Punta Cana and Jamaica, Italy including Tuscany and the Amalfi Coast, Greece, Portugal, Bali, Thailand, and Vietnam. We evaluate each destination against your guest count, multi-day event requirements, dietary accommodation needs for vegetarian and halal menus, and the overall experience you want your guests to have before making a recommendation.
Can Bespoke Bookings coordinate travel for guests flying in internationally?
Yes. Many of our desi wedding clients have guests traveling from India, the United Kingdom, Canada, and other countries alongside guests flying domestically from across the United States. We research the best flight paths and timing for every departure point and present the options clearly so every guest is informed before they book. Each guest has the option to self book their own flight directly using their preferred airline, loyalty points, or travel credits or can enlist our agency to secure flight tickets on their behalf. What happens if something goes wrong during the trip?
We remain available and are actively monitoring throughout your family’s journey. If a flight is disrupted, a reservation needs adjusting, a family member has a medical concern, or anything unexpected comes up, your advisor and our on-the-ground partners coordinate and resolve in real time. Your family does not need to figure out who to call or what to do. That is what we are there for. Families traveling with us never navigate a disruption alone.
