Trip planner for babymoons
Gentle journeys, meaningful moments together
A SLOWER, SOFTER GETAWAY BEFORE BABY ARRIVES.
Planning a trip while you’re expecting comes with questions most vacations don’t: how far is too far to fly, which resorts truly accommodate pregnancy, and what care is close by if you need it.
Since 2015, Bespoke Bookings Co. has planned trips around exactly these details. We plan babymoons around your trimester, your comfort, and the kind of rest you’re hoping for, whether you’re traveling as a couple or on your own. You tell us what this trip means to you, and we take care of the rest.
What We Check Before You Go
Every babymoon we plan is reviewed against the questions expecting travelers ask most, so you don’t have to research them yourself.
- ✓Your airline’s pregnancy policy — including whether you’ll need a note from your doctor
- ✓Flight length and transfer time — so you’re not spending your energy getting there
- ✓The nearest hospital or clinic — mapped to your hotel before you book
- ✓Destination health advisories — including Zika guidance for pregnant travelers
- ✓Pregnancy safe spa and dining — prenatal treatments and menus that work for you
- ✓Travel insurance — that covers your trip investment and pregnancy-related changes
- ✓Flexible booking terms — refundable or changeable rates wherever possible, in case plans shift
When Is the Best Time to Go?
Many expecting travelers find the second trimester the most comfortable time to travel, but every pregnancy is different. We plan around your timeline and your doctor’s guidance.
First trimester
Shorter trips closer to home, with an easy pace and plenty of rest.
Second trimester
Often the sweet spot for travel. Longer flights and more activities may be an option.
Third trimester
We check airline cutoffs and doctor’s note requirements and keep travel time short.
Not sure what’s right for you? Tell us your due date window and we’ll suggest what fits.

Babymoon FAQs
How much does babymoon planning cost?
For a week-long luxury babymoon for two within the U.S., most couples invest $10,000–$16,000 in total. That covers your resort stay, flights, private transfers, spa time and dining, travel insurance, and our planning fee, billed from a base rate of $100/hour. Your planning fee is scoped to what your trip actually needs: the research, bookings, and real-time support before and during your travels.
International trips and longer stays run higher, and shorter getaways can come in lower. After your complimentary consultation, your advisor will give you an exact quote before you commit to anything.
What if my doctor says I shouldn’t travel?
Your health comes first. We prioritize flexible and refundable rates wherever possible and help you choose travel insurance that can protect your investment if your plans need to change.
How far in advance should I book?
Ideally two to four months before you travel, especially for popular resorts and holiday dates. If your timeline is shorter, reach out anyway and we’ll tell you what’s possible.
Do you book flights too?
Yes. We look at airline pregnancy policies, flight length, and seat comfort, and we can book your flights as part of your trip.
Can friends or family join us?
Of course. Whether it’s just the two of you, a solo trip, or a small group, we plan around whoever is coming.
Where can we go?
Anywhere that fits your timeline and comfort. We’ll weigh flight time, health advisories, and medical access to suggest destinations that feel right for your stage of pregnancy.
