Ten places we recommend again and again for bachelor and bachelorette trips, with a realistic starting figure per person for three to four nights. Shoulder season is usually April to May and September to October, with better rates and easier group availability. Peak weekends fill early, so the sooner the crew commits, the better.

Is there a travel design fee?
Yes. Every bach trip carries a planning fee, quoted per trip based on the scope of work needed to deliver the weekend you want. A long weekend at one all-inclusive resort is scoped differently than a villa week in Ibiza with a yacht day and a private chef. Your fee is shared in writing after your complimentary consultation, and nothing starts until you approve it. Many groups split the planning fee, and we can send each person their own payment link for their share.
Do I have to collect money from everyone?
No. Each guest receives their own booking link and payment schedule, and we track deposits and final payments for the whole group. You are the organizer, not the bank. If the group would rather cover the bride or groom’s share, we can set that up too.
Why hire a travel agency instead of planning it ourselves?
Because otherwise someone in the group ends up with a second job. We source and vet the villa or resort, negotiate group rates, research flights from every city, secure the reservations that are hard to get for a big group and answer every guest question, so the organizer gets to enjoy the trip. Through our partner hotel programs, your group can also receive VIP perks you would not get booking on your own.
What if someone drops out or wants to add nights?
It happens on almost every bach trip. We manage changes, extensions and cancellations directly with the guest and the supplier under the terms of each booking, and keep the organizer and the bride or groom out of it.
Can you keep the trip a surprise?
Yes. If the destination or any part of the weekend is a surprise for the bride or groom, we work only with the organizer, keep all communication with them and the guests, and coordinate the reveal.
How far in advance should we start?
For groups of ten or more, private villas, yachts and peak dates like spring and early fall, we recommend starting six to twelve months out. Smaller groups and shoulder seasons can often come together in three to four months. Popular weekends in Austin, Nashville, Cabo and the Mediterranean book first.
How much does a bach trip cost per person?
Most groups we work with invest between $1,500 and $4,000 per person for three to four nights before flights, depending on the destination, the season and how the group wants to celebrate. Mexico, Puerto Rico and Panama sit at the easier end, while Japan, London, Ibiza and the Amalfi Coast are worth the splurge. Your advisor will give you a realistic number during your consultation.
Will booking through you cost more than booking direct?
No. Hotel rates through our partner programs are typically the same rate you would see booking with the hotel yourself, and the perks are added at no extra cost. Our travel design fee covers the design and management of the trip, and it is quoted separately so you always know exactly what you are paying for.
Can you plan a joint bach, or both parties in the same destination?
Yes. We plan joint bach trips and side-by-side bachelor and bachelorette weekends in the same destination, with separate plans during the day and one big dinner together at the end.
What happens after I submit the form?
