Is there a planning fee?
Yes. Every birthday trip carries a planning fee, quoted per trip based on the scope of work needed to deliver the celebration you want. A long weekend at one resort is scoped differently than a multi-destination yacht week. Your fee is shared in writing after your complimentary consultation, and nothing starts until you approve it.
Do I have to collect money from my friends?
No. Each guest receives their own booking link and payment schedule, and we track deposits and final payments for the whole group. If you would rather host and cover the trip yourself, we can set it up that way too.
What if someone drops out or wants to add nights?
It happens on almost every group trip. We manage changes, extensions and cancellations directly with the guest and the supplier under the terms of each booking, and keep the celebrant out of it.
Can you plan a surprise birthday trip?
Yes. We work with the organizer, keep all communication with them and the guests, and coordinate the reveal, down to the decorated suite when the celebrant walks in.
Will booking through you cost more than booking direct?
No. Hotel rates through our partner programs are typically the same rate you would see booking with the hotel yourself, and the perks are added at no extra cost. Our planning fee covers the design and management of the trip, and it is quoted separately so you always know exactly what you are paying for.
How far in advance should we start?
For groups of ten or more, private villas and peak dates, we recommend starting six to twelve months out. Smaller groups and shoulder seasons can often come together in three to four months. Holiday weekends and milestone dates book first.
Can you arrange private aviation for the group?
Yes. We coordinate private charter flights for groups who want to fly in together, timed around the celebration. Learn more about our private aviation service.
Do you handle the decor, dinner and spa?
Yes. We coordinate suite and villa decor, private chefs, celebration cakes, in-villa spa services, dinner reservations, nightlife tables and photographers, all confirmed before you travel.
What happens after I submit the form?
