Couples sometimes ask whether we help choose the flowers, the DJ, or the menu. We do not, and that is by design. Your planner and venue own the day itself. We own everything around it, so nothing falls between the two.
We negotiate and secure your room block, then read the contract line by line so attrition clauses and cut-off dates never become your problem. We research flights from every city on your guest list, coordinate arrivals and private transfers for the entire party, and give your guests one dedicated advisor and one place to book. You get to be present at your wedding while we handle the travel.

Am I responsible if my guests don’t book their rooms?
This is exactly why we read every room block contract line by line before you sign. Attrition clauses, cut-off dates and deposit terms are negotiated up front, and we track bookings against the block the whole way so you always know where you stand. Our goal is a contract where unbooked rooms are released, not charged to you.
Do my guests pay you anything?
No. Your guests pay only for their own rooms and flights, at the rates we negotiate. They book through a dedicated site built for your wedding, and every question they have comes to our team instead of you.
What if guests book outside the room block?
It happens, and it can quietly count against your attrition. We monitor the block, remind guests of the cut-off date, and work with the property to credit outside bookings toward your contract wherever the hotel allows it.
Can you work alongside our wedding planner?
Yes, and we prefer it. Your planner owns the ceremony, vendors and the day-of timeline. We own the travel: rooms, flights, transfers and guest support. We coordinate directly with your planner and the venue so nothing falls between the two.
How do you check that our marriage is legally recognized there?
We research the current legal standing of your marriage in that destination, the climate outside the resort gates, and the property’s actual track record with couples like you. We ask venues and vendors directly rather than relying on a badge on a booking site. Many couples marry legally at home and celebrate abroad, and we structure both so neither feels like a compromise.
What does On-Site Travel Support include?
For an additional fee, a member of our team travels to your destination ahead of your guests and stays through the wedding week. They oversee arrival transfers, confirm every welcome amenity is in place, reconcile the rooming list with the front desk, and dispatch transportation for each event.
How far in advance should we start?
Ideally 12 to 18 months before the wedding for a full-scale celebration or buyout, and 6 to 12 months for an intimate wedding or elopement. Popular resorts and peak dates fill early, and group air contracts open once ten or more guests share a route. If your timeline is shorter, reach out anyway and we will tell you what is possible.
What happens after I submit the form?
Your inquiry goes to a dedicated advisor who reviews it and reaches out to schedule a complimentary consultation. On that call we walk through your wedding, your guest list and your destination ideas. You then receive a written quote, and nothing starts until you approve it.
