Luxury Honeymoon Planning
One dedicated advisor for the two of you
YOU SAY I DO. WE HANDLE THE REST.
Bespoke Bookings Co. is a luxury honeymoon planner that designs your honeymoon from start to finish: the destination, the hotel or private villa, flights, transfers, reservations and the surprises waiting for you on arrival. Every honeymoon is built around the two of you, whether that means an overwater villa, a slow week along the Amalfi Coast or a luxury cruise for two.
Honeymoons are one part of our couples travel service, alongside anniversaries, proposals and babymoons.

You Focus on the Wedding. We Plan the Honeymoon.
Wedding planning takes everything you have. The honeymoon is usually the part that gets pushed to the end, booked in a rush or left to chance. We take it off your plate entirely. You share how you want to feel when you land, and we design the trip, book every piece and run the details, so the honeymoon is something you look forward to instead of one more thing on the list.
We match you with the right destination for your dates, source the property, research flights, arrange private transfers and build in the special touches newlyweds deserve, all timed to your wedding.

Your Honeymoon Is Taken Care Of
You will be deep in wedding planning. Here is how we keep the honeymoon moving without adding to your list.
VIP Perks With Every Booking
Through our partner hotel relationships around the world, we can add complimentary honeymoon perks to the rooms we book for you. Here is what that typically looks like.
Daily Breakfast for Two
Breakfast for two every morning of the trip, in the room we book for your honeymoon.
Hotel or Spa Credit
A property credit to put toward a dinner for two, a bottle of champagne or a couples’ spa treatment.
Room Upgrade
An upgrade at check-in when available, so your room feels like the occasion.
Early Check-In & Late Checkout
When available, so you do not spend the first or last day of your honeymoon waiting in the lobby.
A Honeymoon Welcome
We let the hotel know you are on your honeymoon before you arrive, so you are greeted with a welcome amenity.
VIP Recognition
Every reservation arrives flagged as a VIP guest of our agency, so the hotel team knows to look after you.
Perks vary by hotel, and we confirm exactly what yours includes before you book. Upgrades, early check-in and late checkout depend on availability on arrival. Private villa rentals carry their own inclusions, which we share with your proposal.

Frequently Asked Questions
The questions we hear most before a honeymoon is booked. If yours is not here, bring it to the consultation.
Is there a planning fee?
Yes. Every honeymoon carries a planning fee, quoted per trip based on the scope of work needed to deliver the trip you want. A week at one adults-only resort is scoped differently than three regions of Italy with a private driver and a boat day. Your fee is shared in writing after your complimentary consultation, and nothing starts until you approve it.
How far in advance should we start planning our honeymoon?
Ideally six to twelve months before the wedding, and earlier for the Maldives, French Polynesia or a peak-season trip to Europe, where the best villas and overwater suites fill first. That said, we have pivoted entire honeymoons in a matter of weeks. Reach out as soon as you have a wedding date and we will tell you what is realistic.
Can you plan our honeymoon while we are working with a wedding planner?
Yes, and most of our honeymoon couples are. Your wedding planner handles the wedding. We handle everything that happens after it, and we are happy to coordinate timing so the two run together smoothly.
How much does a luxury honeymoon cost?
Most of the honeymoons we plan land between $3,000 and $20,000 for two people over seven nights, before international airfare. The destination, the season and the level of property move that figure more than anything else. The destinations section above shows what couples typically invest in each place, and your custom quote gives you exact numbers for your trip.
Can we leave the day after the wedding?
Yes. We build the honeymoon around your wedding date, including flight times that make sense after a late night, private transfers and an arrival that lets you rest first. If you would rather leave a few days or weeks later, we plan for that instead.
What if our plans change close to the wedding?
You call your advisor and we pivot. One of our couples had to cancel their original honeymoon at the last minute, and we rebuilt the trip around a stay at the Four Seasons Oahu at Ko Olina, surprise included. We also walk you through travel protection options so a change does not mean a loss.
Can we honeymoon on a cruise?
Absolutely. A luxury cruise or a crewed yacht charter is one of the easiest honeymoons to take, because you unpack once and the destinations come to you. We match you to the line, ship and suite that fit how you travel. Learn more on our luxury cruises page.
Will booking through you cost more than booking direct?
Our hotel rates match what you would find booking direct, and through our partner properties we can often add perks that are not available to the public: upgrades, resort credits, breakfast and honeymoon amenities. The planning fee covers the design and management of the trip, not a markup on the rooms.
Do you book flights too?
Yes. We research routings and fares from your home airport, time them to your wedding weekend and book them alongside the rest of the trip, so your flights, transfers and check-in all line up.
What happens after we book?
You get a dedicated advisor, a full itinerary with every confirmation, regular check-ins as the wedding approaches and direct support while you are away. The honeymoon surprise is handled quietly in advance. You focus on the wedding.
