The fee is based on group size, destination, trip complexity, and the level of coordination involved, and is discussed transparently during your initial consultation before any work begins. Group travel clients typically make total trip investments ranging from $10,000 to well over $150,000 depending on group size, destination, accommodation type, and the scope of experiences included. Your advisor will relay the exact cost associated with your trip during your complimentary consult call.
What does the planning experience look like from start to finish?

Do you coordinate flights for group travel?
Yes. We provide comprehensive flight research for every group trip, presenting the best flight paths, connection options, and timing for cohesive group arrivals within the client-facing proposal. Each traveler retains full autonomy to book their own individual flights using their preferred airline, loyalty points, or travel credits. If your group prefers to have us handle the flight bookings directly, we can do that too. How far in advance should I begin the planning process?
For most international luxury travel, we recommend engaging our team three to six months prior to departure. For peak-season travel, destination weddings, and multi-generational trips involving complex logistics, six to twelve months allows us to secure preferred availability at the world’s most sought-after properties. We coordinate the rental alongside all other group logistics including private chef service, excursions, and ground transportation to ensure a seamless experience.
We also can coordinate Private chef service as an add-on. We source and vet private chefs through our local partner network, coordinate menus around the group’s preferences and dietary needs, and handle all scheduling so meals are a seamless part of the experience.
What happens if I need to change plans on short notice?
Each trip design comes with two rounds of revision to the itinerary. Beyond that, we are experienced in managing itinerary changes, cancellations, and pivots, often within hours. Whether it is a weather disruption, a personal matter, or simply a change of heart about a destination, our team works directly with our hotel partners, airlines, and ground operators to restructure your plans with minimal disruption.
