Bespoke Bookings Co. is an independent luxury travel agency based in Houston, Texas, planning custom trips for travelers across the United States. We design honeymoons and anniversaries, family milestones, destination weddings, group getaways and corporate retreats, and we take care of the hotels, transfers, reservations and the small details in between.
You will never be handed off to a call center or left to sort things out with a booking site. You will work with a real advisor who learns how you like to travel, gives you honest recommendations (including when something is not worth it), and stays with you until you are home.

Are you a travel agency or a tour operator?
We are an independent, accredited travel agency. We design your trip around you and book it directly with hotels, cruise lines, airlines and trusted local partners on your behalf. We are not a tour operator, so you will never be placed on a pre-packaged group tour unless that is what you want.
Do you only work with travelers in Houston?
Not at all. Our home base is Houston, Texas, but we plan trips for clients all over the United States and build every itinerary around your departure city.
How do you charge for your services?
Every trip is quoted individually, based on how much planning it needs. After your complimentary consultation, you receive a clear quote before any work begins, so you always know what to expect.
Will I work with the same person the whole time?
Yes. You are paired with one dedicated advisor who manages your trip from the first call until you are home, with the rest of our team supporting them behind the scenes.
Can you get perks at hotels and resorts?
Often, yes. Through our preferred partner programs, many stays can include extras such as daily breakfast, a hotel credit or an upgrade when available. Your advisor will tell you exactly what comes with your booking.
What happens if something goes wrong while I am traveling?
You will have your advisor and a clear way to reach us before you leave. If you would like round-the-clock coverage, our 24/7 Concierge Desk can be added to any trip.
How far in advance should I reach out?
As early as you can. Three to six months ahead works well for most trips, while destination weddings, holiday travel and large groups are best planned nine to twelve months out. Shorter timelines can still work, with fewer options.
